OPEN PERSPECTIVE
Open new perspectives.
We look beyond a single point of view, exploring new possibilities for expression in response to each purpose and context.
Sync for the Future.
The future you envision is one your customers can experience today.
Xync creates games and 3D content that bring your products and services to life, and designs exhibition spaces where visitors can experience them firsthand.
CONCEPT
01Space goes beyond place.
People connect. They feel something.
Where there is experience, space emerges.
At a venue, inside a game, or across a screen.
Whatever the medium,
it is the experience that gives space its form.
Ideas, design, technology.
Beyond the methods of today,
we explore new technologies and emerging forms of expression.
Embracing change, we bring new experiences to life.
OPEN PERSPECTIVE
We look beyond a single point of view, exploring new possibilities for expression in response to each purpose and context.
PURPOSEFUL CREATION
What do we want to communicate? What experience do we want to create? These questions guide the choices we make.
CONTINUOUS EVOLUTION
As we encounter new knowledge and technology, we stay open to changing how we think and how we create.
SERVICES
02Experience creates space.
Experience × Content
Touch, choose, move. We plan and create experiences in which content responds to people's actions, shaping both the concept and the way people take part.
We shape the content and its flow around what you want to communicate, who will take part, and where it will be used. You can talk to us from the earliest stages of an idea. VR is currently in preparation for prototyping and headset testing; scope is discussed individually.
Space × Creative
We give the world of an experience a visible form. Through spatial design, graphics and production supervision, we turn ideas into something people can encounter.
Drawing on our experience in planning and producing events and exhibitions, we carry an idea through to its realization. We keep the space and its creative elements consistent, considering how everything will look and work on site.
WORKS
03Events, spaces, content and graphics.
Creative work by Xync, shaped by the purpose of each project.

Explore disassembly and rotation in VR.
Explore how products work.
Rotate a planetary gear train, take it apart, and see it drive a conveyor. Metallic surfaces and a product-development lab provide the setting for an interactive 3D experience that reveals a product’s structure, motion, and application.

Xync ORIGINAL / PLAYABLE SAMPLEMaking invisible work tangible.
The work of security software becomes the mission of a tiny team. Explore a world inside a PC and protect its data alongside your squad. This 3D concept demo explores how story and interaction can help people understand the role of a product or service.

In VR, wander through a beautiful garden and traditional interiors in 360° as the seasons change. Slide open shoji panels and feed the koi to experience quiet moments of life in a Japanese home. Mini experiences such as timber joinery and drawing sand patterns are available on desktop.
A changing world. A deeper understanding.
Explore a Japanese-inspired timber house and a garden through the seasons. In shifting light and quiet natural sound, discover the materials and ideas behind shoji, tatami, timber joints, and roof tiles. An interactive 3D experience for lingering, looking closely, and learning.
An original composition by Xync, inspired by Japanese architecture and gardens. Structures and processes are simplified for this experience.
Xync ORIGINAL / PLAYABLE SAMPLEThe cycles behind a growing city.
As your city grows, connect the systems that keep it running. This 3D game explores CO₂ capture, hydrogen production from water and electricity, methane synthesis, and the use of CO₂ in greenhouses. Visible resource flows bring the relationship between technology and everyday life into focus.
An original sample by Xync. Figures and facility capacities are designed for gameplay, not to predict real-world urban emissions or temperatures.

QUESTIONS
05We create games and interactive experiences and plan events and exhibitions to help companies promote their products and services. We do not take commissions from individuals or develop games on behalf of game companies.
Yes. We mainly build games that run in a browser. We can make them available on a website or set them up for offline play at exhibitions and other events. We can also adapt an experience into a smartphone or tablet app.
Publishing through an app store involves a developer registration fee or annual membership fee, depending on the store. Each store reviews the app and determines whether to approve it and how long the review takes. Keeping the app available may also involve ongoing costs, such as updating it for new operating system versions.
Yes. We can build browser games and apps that let participants play together or compete against one another. Players joining from different locations need an internet connection. At a single venue, devices may be able to connect over a local network.
At exhibitions, interference from nearby Wi-Fi networks or heavy traffic can delay what players see after they make a move. Server load depends on how many people play at once and how often the game exchanges information such as positions or scores.
For larger events, we test gameplay on the venue’s network and check the server under the expected player load before confirming how many people can play at once. We outline development costs and any hosting, connectivity, maintenance and operating costs for the proposed setup and duration.
Production time and cost depend on the game, available 3D assets, the devices used and how it will be used at the venue. We first discuss your goals and requirements to define the scope. If you need 3D models of products or components, providing design drawings or existing 3D data may help reduce costs and shorten the production schedule.
Xync provides planning and design, CG visualizations, fabrication drawings, graphics and content production. We generally do not undertake construction, installation or event operations directly. We prepare the designs and drawings so you can use them to request and compare quotes from your existing suppliers or other providers, and choose whom to appoint. We can also introduce companies we work with, if needed.
We sometimes use AI, but our booth designs are primarily created by our designers using 3D software. When we use AI, we first share initial visuals to agree on the design direction. Our team then reviews the exhibition rules and venue requirements and develops the design in accordance with them.
